The "China Intelligent Finance Development Report" research project is led by Xiao Gang, CF40 Non-Resident Senior Fellow and former Chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission, and joined by research fellows from China's financial regulatory agencies, leading financial institutions, technology research institutions and technology firms. The project aims to provide comprehensive review and evaluation on the latest developments, technology innovation, industrial policies, applications, risk assessment and regulations associated with intelligent finance. The Report is scheduled to be published on an annual basis.
Published on December 22, 2019 in Chinese, the 2019 Report is the first of its kind in China to comprehensively review the development of intelligent finance in the country. It covers a series of topics related to intelligent finance, from its definition, purpose and application to data protection, potential risks, regulation as well as policy recommendations for China's policymakers.
