Mr. Qi received his B.A. in economics from Peking University, and his M.A. and a Ph.D. in economics from PBC School of Finance.
Work Experience
Mr. Qi?Xiang was Director-General of the Department of Laws and Regulations at the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA). Previously, he served as the Director-General of the General Office and Prudential Regulation Bureau of former China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. He also worked at the World Bank as a senior financial sector specialist.
