He received his B.A. in Economics from Hunan University and PhD in Economics from Renmin University of China.
Work Experience
Mr. Liu has been President of the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences (CAFS) since 2004. He is a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
